At Pacers Running, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your stride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely packed for transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
